This sounds like a grotesque scene from a science fiction movie: Hamburger meat is now being grown in nutrient vats laced with bovine fetal cells, and it’s being hailed as an environmental success story that may feed more “meat” to the world!
But I’m not so sure we’re being told the whole story here. There’s something just a little too creepy about eating a hamburger grown in a vat of liquid and possibly engineered with genetically modified fetal cells. Read report at:
