Without question we can become “anything” we choose projecting an internet persona often quite at odds to that which we project in “real” life. Why is that…?

Why do we feel the need to be something in one dimension that we are afraid to be in another…? It may be cloaked in the feeling there is “safety” making claims in one dimension that are felt are more easily verified in another. Yet, I believe most people are aware there is truly little security on the internet, the illusion, yes, the reality being means and methods exist to enable anyone track one on the internet with relative ease.

I wonder at times if the internet persona some choose is but a reflection of an aspect of youth we each long for, those carefree times of make-believe, saving the damsel in distress, championing a cause, riding in on the silver laden saddle and flashing sword on a white-steed to slay the dragon and save the day.

Might it be the real you is the one you project on the internet … ?

… People should never be afraid of their government, government should always be afraid of the people …

And let me be even a bit bolder, I am most willing to present and discuss any water issue with any audience in Arizona where open full disclosure and two way dialog is permitted.
