Over half of every tax dollar you give to Uncle Sam is spent on this

Most people probably don’t think too much about this, but are you aware of just how much of your income is being used to fuel the military industrial complex?

Conveniently omitted from the corporate/state-run media organizations is the fact that some 53 percent of your tax dollars are spent on the military. That’s right, more than half of the money you give to Uncle Sam for the privilege of being American is spent directly on military.

In 2011 the budget for the US Government was over 3 trillion dollars, while military spending included a $717 billion request from the pentagon, $200 billion towards “overseas contingency funding” for the two major conflicts we are engaged in, and $40 billion in black budget intelligence which includes the CIA, NSA, and other agencies where the amount of money given is never fully disclosed.

In addition, $94 billion was spent on non-DOD military operations, $100 billion on health care and veterans benefits, and $400 billion was spent paying off the interest on debt raised to pay for past wars. This all adds up to over 1.6 trillion dollars spent on so-called defense. That is more than what was spent during the second world war after being adjusted for inflation.

Defense Spending Or Offense Spending?  Now it is true that defense spending is important to American interests. You might be inclined to think about how much worse off we would be without a military. Without a strong defense, if a country decided to engage us in any sort of negative way militarily we wouldn’t be able to resist or hold our ground.

However, what is typically called “defense spending” is by-and-large offense spending designed to support a policy of military interventionism which exploits many nations for their natural resources and establishes Rothschild controlled central banks wherever and whenever they can.

To see this, one needs not look beyond the excuses for going to war in the first place. From the Gulf of Tonkin incident of August 1964, to the supposed WMD’s in Iraq, to Obama’s attempt in the summer of 2013 to begin bombing campaigns in Syria, nearly each and every war is initiated alongside war propaganda intended to serve the special interests who profit from the lucrative military-industrial complex that Eisenhower warned us about in his farewell address of 1961.

Why would they need to continuously lie to get us into war if there was a plausible reason for “defending ourselves” in the first place?

Drone Bombings Are America’s Slap In The Face To The World    When you take the immediate danger of American soldiers out of the equation, and in some cases any human input at all, it creates a situation where the public generally doesn’t see any problem with bombing the living daylights out of another country because it is out of sight, out of mind. For this reason, the drone program has become one of the military’s most insidious operations in history.

To put the drone program into perspective you have to understand its scale and its ability to remain covert. During the Obama presidency alone, the US has bombed a total of eight countries. Syria, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, Uganda, and Pakistan. Also, Obama became the worlds first Nobel Peace Prize winner to bomb another Nobel Peace Prize winner when he authorized a strike on a Afghan hospital run by the 1999 Peace Prize recipient Doctors Without Borders, killing at least 22 people. And somehow, bombs somehow keep on falling in places where Obama boasts that he had ended two wars.

A recent whistle blower exposed the fact that about 90 percent of those killed in drone strikes are not the intended targets. Yes, you heard that right. For every ten people killed by American drones, nine are innocent bystanders, some of which are merely patients in a hospital suspected of harboring terrorists.

“What is war but mass murder on a scale impossible by private police forces?”  – Austrian economist Murray Rothbard

This Money Could Be Spent Fixing Our Country, Or Better Yet Not Stolen From Us

In 2014 one fighter jet ended up costing the US $400 billion dollars. That amount of money could have payed for every homeless person in America to have a house worth $600,000. Imagine what that kind of money could have done if it were spent on humanitarian efforts, or better yet, if left in the hands of hardworking Americans who are supporting the economy through their free market decisions.

At the end of the day, we are all cash-cows for Uncle Sam and his globalist military industrial complex.

Ten secrets about

Ten secrets about America

… that will make you wonder where all the freedom went

It’s no secret the definition of ‘freedom’ in America has changed a great deal in recent decades. While 9/11 was a major turning point, setting in motion a slew of changes to the American mindset and to the legal framework which governs the contract between the State and the people, our natural rights have been under assault for generations.

Couple this with the dumbing down of the American citizenry, and ‘We the People’ simply no longer know or understand our rights. The fallout of this being we no longer protest or even notice when evermore egregious violations occur.

Where has all the freedom gone?

The following 10 secret truths about America are critical in understanding the state of the State today.

1.) The United States is one of only two countries in the world which taxes nonresident citizens for income earned elsewhere. If you reside in another country, as millions of U.S. citizens do, you’ll have to pay income taxes to two nations, or face prosecution by the IRS.

This means that if you happen to have been born in the U.S. but lived your entire life elsewhere, you still owe Uncle Sam the full burden of income taxes, for your entire life. This rule is so insane that only two nations out of 196 nation states in the world do it. The other is the African nation of Eritrea.

2.) The Federal Reserve is not Federal and there is no reserve. The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 gave authority to a private organization to print currency. The result has been continually rising inflation and continually rising debt which is mathematically impossible to pay off.

A group of secret shareholders in the Federal Reserve make a profit for every dollar printed and used by anyone. This is the most sophisticated form of financial slavery ever devised, and many future generations of people are already indebted to this cabal.

3.) There is actually no law requiring U.S. citizens to file income tax returns, and the income tax itself is unconstitutional. This complex and controversial issue is broken down in detail in the documentary America: Freedom to Fascism by the late Aaron Russo.

4.) The IRS follows Americans around the world and harasses foreign banks to control the finances of U.S. citizens.

The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act of 2010 makes it extremely difficult for Americans to function financially in other countries. Originally part of the Patriot Act, this type of global financial surveillance monitors bank accounts and deposits around the world. A result of this has been that many international banks will no longer do business with U.S. citizens, making it extremely difficult to live abroad.

5.) American churches are required to register with the federal government and are not allowed to engage in political speech.

Historically, churches were the centers of communal and societal change, as pastors and leaders would speak to their congregations on matters of social injustice and government tyranny. The American Revolution would not have taken place if not for the churches, but in 1954 the federal government passed the ‘Law of Charities,’ requiring churches to files as 501(c)(3) organizations, which comes with heavy restrictions on freedom of speech. Churches today are sanitized profit centers of social complacency not social change.

6.) Free speech permits and free speech zones severely restrict our First Amendment rights.

This policy began in 1988 during the Democratic National Convention as ‘designated protest zones,’ but grew in prominence during the G.W. Bush administration. Upheld and strengthened during the Obama years, this policy of severely restricting freedom of speech and of assembly has been extended to college campuses around the nation. We won’t see antiwar protests like what we saw during the Vietnam war because this behavior is now illegal.

7.) Approximately two-thirds of Americans live in official Constitution Free Zones, where U.S. Customs and Border Protection has been given jurisdiction over the travel right of Americans.

Within 100 miles of the U.S. border anyone can be subjected to the policies of border patrol, which is allowed to interdict, search and seize persons and property without the due process required for other areas of law enforcement. Couple this with the rise in sobriety checkpoints and other police state measures and you realize we’ve lost the right to freely travel.

8.) Many ordinary and historically common rights, behaviors, practices and occupations have now become privileges regulated and taxed by the State.

Building a home, fishing, hunting, going off the grid, gardening, selling lemonade, mowing yards, driving a car, getting married, starting a business, cutting hair, and so, so much more are all activities that now require permission from the government. And for all of these activities, you’ll have to pay a fee for the privilege. Failure to do so can result in violent arrest, heavy fines, and prison time.

9.) Policing in the U.S. has become a for-profit branch of the government, and police brutality and violence is reaching epidemic levels.

Law enforcement agencies around the U.S. have seized billions of dollars from law-abiding citizens in recent years. Traffic enforcement and local code enforcement works to generate revenue for local governments rather than for public safety. And the violence of police against Americans is everywhere.

10.) America has the highest rate of incarcerated people the world has ever seen.

Prison in the United States has become big business, and thanks to the war on drugs, the government has found it acceptable to imprison millions of Americans, breaking up families, destroying lives and wasting taxpayer money. Although America has only 4.4 percent of the world’s population, it houses about 22 percent of the world’s prisoners.

Final Thoughts

While America is truly filled with incredible, ingenious and productive people, we are living in a time when government has extended its reach into our lives in ever more serious ways, while going unchecked. In order to solve the problem, you have to see the problem; and as we look around, it’s easy to recognize that our freedom is being stolen from us.

Senate’s New Plan To Repeal But Not Replace Obamacare On Brink Of Collapse

Some Republican senators are already saying they won’t vote to repeal Obamacare without providing a replacement for it, despite Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s proposal to do so Monday night after it became clear the GOP health care bill did not have enough votes to pass.

MCCONNELL: REPEAL WITH NO REPLACE After Sens. Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) announced they would not support the Senate GOP’s efforts to repeal and replace Obamacare, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said he would hold a vote to repeal Obamacare without replacing it. While it is unlikely that such an effort will succeed, McConnell’s move was viewed as a rebuke of conservative members who opposed his efforts. [HuffPost] [Tweet | Share on Facebook]

DONALD TRUMP CALLS FOR REPEAL WITHOUT REPLACE The president called on congressional Republicans to support McConnell’s plan. “Republicans should just REPEAL failing Obamacare now & work on a new Healthcare Plan that will start from a clean slate,” he tweeted, adding that “Dems will join in!” [HuffPost]

…Trumpcare vote delayed so Arizona Senator John McCain can get a medical procedure currently covered by Obamacare but denied to you and me under Trumpcare…

the Senate Trumpcare vote has been delayed once again, this time because of a medical emergency. Senator John McCain is recovering from surgery to remove a blood clot and cannot return to Washington for up to two weeks.

Trumpcare denies every day Americans the kind of top-notch life-saving care McCain is receiving right now. The current bill will force millions of people into junk policies that offer essentially no coverage and it prohibits people from upgrading to better plans for six months. Members of Congress, however, would be exempt from this provision.

Adequate medical care should be available to everyone regardless of their income or job title.
